I have been training in Taekwondo now for nearly 15 years at Shins Academy.

I only started training in taekwondo at the age of 23 which I thought at the time maybe I was too old - but I've not stopped since...

I am fortunate to have trained by Master Shin who is the most senior instructor in this country and is one of the best technical experts in the world.  When you grade with Master Shin, you know you have earned your belt. 

I am now 3rd Dan and hope to complete my 4th Dan in the next year or so.

I am a British National Poomsae Team Member and recently competed in the European Championships in Turkey.

This year I hope to compete in some more competitions accross Europe and continue to improve my technique.
